SOWs define scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, change-management procedure, and acceptance criteria. Nothing on this website constitutes a consulting agreement, a binding offer, or a representation of capability outside an executed SOW.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, text, logos, graphics, design, and source, is the property of Zynostack and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, frame, or create derivative works without written permission. Engagement deliverables follow the IP terms specified in the relevant SOW.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zynostack is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liabilities relating to consulting engagements are governed exclusively by the relevant SOW.
